Bistros wine tastings are always fun and informative. Taste impeccable wines along with an array of delicious Hors d'oeuvres. The featured wines are as follows:
Otto's Constant Dream, Sauvignon Blanc , Malborough, New Zealand, 2019 Aromas of ripe apples, citrus and pineapple, with a rich and expressive fruit notes backed by a perfect balance minerality. This Sauvignon Blanc shows this ripe and zesty fruit and a heighted aromatic character that typifies the flavor profile made so famous in this winemaking region. 
Aviary, Chardonnay, California, 2018 In the glass, the wine is a bright straw laced with honey. Aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla bean, banana, and apricot invite you in. On the palate, the texture is round and smooth with bright acid. Flavors of pineapple, guava, buttered toast, and banana balance together into a wine that is both rich and refreshing.
Aviary, Cabernet Sauvignon, California, 2018 This decadent Cabernet Sauvignon opens with rich notes of ripe cassis and black cherry, with softer tones of sweet oak and almond. Silky smooth on the palate, these rich flavors are balanced beautifully with a lively acidity. It’s perfect to enjoy now, and will age beautifully for many years to come.
Buty Winery, Wildebeest, Red Blend, Columbia Valley, Washington, 2016 Columbia Valley, WA- "Fruity aromas such as nice red cherry flavors, taking on tones of tart cherry and muscular white and black pepper, with a Syrah-based gamy background. Pairs well with thai food."

Seating is $18.95 +tax per person, Non-Refundable, and Bistro will be serving delicious Hors-d'oeuvres as well. Group reservations are limited to 4 people. Special accommodations have been made to keep with social distancing. We are asking all guests to follow posted guidelines to ensure everyone's safety.
