The Stonewood Grill & Tavern is hosting the ultimate 5-course beer dinner.
First Course - A deliciously stuffed Pretzel appetizer will be presented alongside Old Elephant Foot IPA. Highly hopped, golden in color, medium-bodied ale; generously hopped with Cascade, Centennial, and Mosaic hops.
Second Course - An excellent Shrimp Ceviche accompanied by Spicy Plantain Chips will be served with Double Coast Lager w/Lime. American lager with fresh lime zest. Notes of light, crisp, and refreshing light lime in the aroma and on the pallet.
Third Course - Perfectly prepared Chicken Wings will be served with Hop Silo. Chock full of an extensive medley of fruit flavors... mango, guava, pineapple, citrus & stonefruit, and some subtle herbal notes. Delicate fruity aroma, medium body with multi-dimensional layered hop character.
Fourth Course - Delectable Prime Rib Sliders served alongside Reef Donkey. Dry-hopped American Pale Ale is made using a secret selection of hops to give this nice dry beer a lemon/lime aroma and citrus & slight tropical fruit flavor. Although this brew Hits the classification of an APA, it drinks like a session IPA.
Fifth Course - Pumpkin Brulee accompanied with Ghord's Gone Wild. A Pumpkin spice ale with deep amber color and a solid malty backbone for our famous pumpkin pie spice provides nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, and roasted pecans aromas.
