Among these are Bistro in Jupiter, Stonewood Grill & Tavern in Wellington, Ruth's Chris Steak House with locations in Boca Raton & WPB, one of the area's most celebrated eateries, Bell & Maxwell's in WPB, and the best Italian restaurant in WPB, Ristorante Santucci. If you enjoy wine, you will be delighted with the selection of exceptional top-selling vintages and hard-to-find wines introduced at these Wine Tastings.

We list several fabulous monthly Wine Tastings & Dinners. Bistro of Jupiter, known for its extensive wine list, spacious outdoor seating, and beautifully decorated banquet rooms, is first on our list. Belle & Maxwell's is one of Palm Beach's most celebrated American Bistro's. People travel from all over just to soak up the eclectic ambiance and enjoy a well-balanced glass of wine and superbly prepared tapas. This next wine event happens December 5, at 6 PM and will feature five-course wine dinner in their beautifully decorated garden. Located at 3700 South Dixie Hwy West Palm Beach, FL 33405.

First Course:

Octopus ceviche - paired with Roussanee 2021, Deerfield Ranch Winery, Sonoma, CA. The wine has the crispness of Sauvignon Blanc with white peaches and mangos flavor.

Second Course:

Risotto with asparagus - paired with White Rex 2020, Deerfield Ranch Winery, Sonoma, CA. White Crisp blend with aromas of white peaches on the mid-palate with a long finish. It is off-dry, with good acidity, and is refreshing.

Third Course:

Beef carpaccio - paired with Merlot Cuvee 2017, Deerfield Ranch Winery, Sonoma, CA. distinctive mouth feel and structure, like a Bordeaux from St. Emilion. Ranging from mature plums and fruity, smooth and easy-going, soft tannins, and a sophisticated blend. This wine is aged for more than 3 years.

Fourth Course:

Fillet Mignon - paired with Red REX 2028, Deerfield Ranch Winery, Sonoma, CA. Fruit forward, full-bodied, complex, and velvety with a lasting finish. It's a blend of 7 grapes that touches all palate taste buds. Each cluster is hand-harvested, and vinification takes place in separate steel vats. Then, the perfect blend is created by taste.

Fifth Course:

Coconut Pie - paired with Syrah Estate 2017, Deerfield Ranch Winery, Sonoma, CA. Dark red in color with purple hints. A bouquet of black cherries and cracked allspice. A focused and elegant entry on the palate defined by poised acidity and cherry skin tannins. Richer flavors of black plums and little expression of fruit and floral aroma. It has great tannins on the finish.
