Quilt Reserve Fume Blanc 2021 - Quilt Fumé Blanc The Grace of the Land Reserve Napa Valley 2021 redefines tradition with a masterful approach to winemaking. Crafted from meticulously selected Napa Valley vineyards, this Fumé Blanc blends Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Semillon, offering a rich departure from conventional grassy styles. Barrel-fermented in French oak, the wine undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation on the lees, resulting in a creamy texture and remarkable depth. Every bottle embodies the balance of innovative agricultural techniques and classic craftsmanship, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.

Boen Chardonnay(Try-County) - This wine is lush, with aromas of apple, apricot, orange marmalade, acacia honey and toasted vanilla on the nose. The flavors on the palate are baked white peach, nectarine and candied orange zest, intertwined with ginger, clove, mineral and a long, juicy finish. Pair with crab Louis salad.

Boen Pinot Noir(Try-County) - Deep garnet in color with abundant aromas of dark chocolate, black cherry, and blackberry pie with hints of black currant and cedar. There are layered flavors of blackberry and raspberry pie filling on the palate, accompanied by notes of cinnamon, chocolate, and nutmeg. This wine is smooth and focused with refined tannins and a mouthwatering finish.

Quilt Red Blend, California 2022 - This has a vibrant, fruit-forward character with crushed ripe wild berries, spiced plums, dried orange peel and grilled herbs. Full-bodied, deep and succulent with crunchy tannins and sleek, polished texture. Juicy and crunchy finish.

Famille Sumeire, Chateau La, Jouliane, Cotes de Provence, Rose - A softly textured wine with light acidity and touches of pepper over red fruits. The wine is full of gentle flavors and has an open structure.

Domaine Terre de Mistral, Rosalie, Sainte Victoire Cotes de Provence, Rose - This wine is both fruity and herbal. Its young brightness is balanced with rich berry flavors, tight acidity and a zesty, tangy aftertaste.

Chateau Croix D” Allons, Bandol Rose - A harmonious blend of 60% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 20% Cinsault. A rosé with more complexity than most rosé wines of the neighbouring regions in Provence. The colour has an intriguing hue of mango. Ripe berry aromas are noticeable in the nose. A fruity attack on the palate that leads into a long, satiny finish, a very opulent wine with a nice tannin structure to provide the perfect harmony.

Jako, Riviera Rose, Verona, Italy - On the nose an explosion of aromas ranging from the typical small red berried fruits to juicy notes of pulpy yellow-fleshed fruits. On the palate it is balanced, with a good persistence and a pleasant and fresh salty acidity.
