Palm Beach Cuisine sponsors the best casual, upscale monthly Wine Tasting events held at several fine dining restaurants throughout the Palm Beaches. Among these are Bistro in Jupiter, Stonewood Grill & Tavern in Wellington, Ruth's Chris Steak House with locations in Boca Raton & WPB, one of the area's most celebrated eateries, Bell & Maxwell's in WPB, and the best Italian restaurant in WPB, Ristorante Santucci. If you enjoy wine, you will be delighted with the selection of exceptional top-selling vintages and hard-to-find wines introduced at these Wine Tastings.

We list several fabulous monthly Wine Tastings & Dinners. Gerard Bertrand "Art de Vivre" 2020 Clairette du Languedoc Adissan Blanc Art de Vivre pays homage to the Mediterranean cradle, its preserved nature and its artists. Its unique bottle, made of natural clay, is an evocation of the first amphoras. Made from emblematic grape varieties of the South of France, this wine is an invitation to celebrate a vineyard that is twice a thousand years old, witness to a civilization and a living heritage of rare beauty.

Chateau L'Hospitalet La Clape Grand Vin Rouge 2021 For fans of the modern style, this is big and brooding, with concentrated ripe blackberry and cherry preserves. White pepper, fresh mint and roasted garigue add nice range and savory energy. Silky tannins cruising through the finish. Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre.

Brassfield Gerard Bertrand Cigalus Rouge 2021 Intense ruby color with a mahogany hue. The bouquet shouts concentrated, very ripe black fruit, grilled spice and toasted oak. The palate is lush and opulent with velvety tannins. The aromas of black fruit -blackberries, black cherries and plums - reappear with a complex empyreumatic web leading into mint. The finish is long with a perfect balance. Grape Composition: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Caladoc finish.

Gerard Bertrand An 1152 Cahors 2021 Dark red in color with purple-blue hues, this wine features an intense nose with notes of dark berries and violet. Structured with silky tannins, this vintage has a nice roundness and a finish with notes of blackcurrant and licorice.
