Bistro is a recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and continues to offer patrons top-tier, high-scoring wines and rare vintages you simply can't get at many dining establishments. This next wine event will feature:
Mer Soleil Santa Lucia Highlands Reserve Chardonnay 2021 - Taking its name from the sea and sun – this wine is as dramatic as where it is sourced. The Santa Lucia Highlands has an extended growing season. Grapes stay on the vine longer, developing intense aromas like custard and toasted almonds, rich fruit flavors, and enlivening lemon/lime.
Sea Sun by Charlie Wagner Pinot Noir 2021 - Sea Sun Pinot Noir has aromas of cherry, light toasted wood, dry earth, clove, and a hint of s'mores. The flavors echo the cherry on the nose, with raspberry on the finish. Bright and fruit-driven, with lush cherries and a strikingly soft texture.
Caymus Suisun The Walking Fool 2021 - This new red wine blend is produced from Suisun Valley, a remarkable AVA that has become the Wagner family's second home. Featuring Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, this wine is smooth and lively, with juicy raspberry, notes of espresso, and softly fine tannins.
Red Schooner Malbec by Caymus Voyage 11, Argentina Grapes for this Malbec are grown in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, then chilled and transported by ocean voyage to Caymus, where we use our winemaking techniques to create a dense, dark, and supple style. Falling outside standard labeling rules, Red Schooner does not include a vintage date. Still, it is known by the voyage from which it traveled (i.e., Voyage 11 is the 2021 vintage). Strikingly smooth, with scents and flavors of dark fruit and fine, textural tannins. (561) 744.5054
